Our Centers
Each with a dedicated team, these are the 4 stations where our programs are carried out.
Camino Verde Baltimori
Our original reforestation center and Living Seed Bank in Tambopata. The first trees were planted here in 2006. Now it’s home to over 400 tree species planted.
Camino Verde La Joya
Started in 2016, close to Puerto Maldonado in Tambopata, this satellite reforestation center is also our primary tree nursery, producing 100 native tree species each year.
Camino Verde Loreto
In Peru’s largest region, CV has planted diverse agroforestry systems with indigenous communities since 2013. Together we are building regenerative supply chains for endangered species.
Puerto Maldonado
Recognized as Peru’s Capital of Biodiversity, the departmental capital of Madre de Dios is also home to CV’s modest office headquarters and shop window for our essential oils and soaps.
Living Seed Bank
Biodiversity Program
With over 400 native tree species planted to date, Camino Verde’s reforestation centers and tree nurseries form a one-of-a-kind Living Seed Bank of Amazonian biodiversity. Our database currently includes 663 plant species planted at our centers.

Non-Timber Forest Products
Production Program
We hand distill essential oils in the Amazon of Peru: Amazonian plants grown, harvested, and transformed by Amazonian people. Other products of interest include Amazonian vanilla, wild cacao, and native stingless bee honey.

Rosewood Farmer
Livelihood Program
Together with Amazonian farmers and native communities, Camino Verde builds regenerative supply chains sourced from reforested trees of endangered species
RealTrees
Transparency Program
It wasn’t enough just to plant hundreds of thousands of trees. For next level transparency, we created a cutting edge data tool using blockchain and AI to allow our donors to track each and every tree sponsored.
